SPREP (2013): A strategic alliance between a prominent pension fund and Shapoorji Pallonji Group (India), focused on acquiring core commercial office assets in select cities in India. The platform has matured and has significantly exceeded on its stated investment objectives.
SPREF II (2017): A strategic alliance between global institutional investors and Shapoorji Pallonji Group, focused on acquiring core and develop-to-core commercial office assets in select metros in India. This platform is currently in deployment stage.
